Return Policy
No refunds.

Exchanges or returns for store credit must be made within 10 days of purchase.

All items must be unused/unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. You may lose your right to return a product if tags are removed from the items.

Original receipt is required.

To return online orders, you must first contact info@cozuna.com. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without authorization. All returns and/or exchanges of non-defective items will be subject to store credit only.

Return costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer to the carrier of their choice (tracked delivery is always recommended).

Sale Products and Final Sale Products

Terms and Conditions

All products personalized with logos, numbers, names, embroidery, printing, or any other modifications are final sale. This includes products that have been personalized with printing on the back or front (including sleeve patches). Shoes and gloves with embroidery or printing cannot be exchanged or returned. (We receive all items without printing or embroidery, and therefore, this is considered a customization of a product as soon as it is printed or embroidered.)

Any product sold at a discount of 30% or more is a final sale.

All sale items are considered final sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds.

All underwear, briefs, socks, mouth guards, masks and face coverings sold are final sale, for hygiene reasons.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.

Delivery of orders

Orders may take up to 60 days to process before shipping.

Delivery estimates are estimates and should not be considered as guarantees of delivery. There may be additional delays due to Covid 19 and any other unforeseen circumstances.

The customer has the choice between the OSNR (no signature required) option or the FedEx Signature Required option. Failure to provide a signature may result in your package being lost or stolen.

The others

Customers are fully responsible for all regional taxes, shipping, return, customs, and handling fees. If they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs associated with our return shipping costs from the refund.

To prevent payment fraud, we may contact you and ask for additional information, in the event that we or our payment provider have concerns regarding your order. Additional information may include, but is not limited to, proof of billing and/or shipping address. We will not cancel or accept an order without contacting you unless we are certain that the order was not actually placed by the card/account holder.

No warranty on goalkeeper gloves.

When returning items, please remember the following:

The return process must begin within 10 days of receiving your order. No refunds for customer errors regarding size and/or style. All returns are for the purchase price only, which does not include shipping. All personalized products are final sale. All products must be returned unused, unopened (sealed product) and in their original packaging, or we may not be able to accept them. Returns that are used, damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for a return and may be sent back to the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your return will be processed, usually within 10 business days.
